HADRA is encouraging all residents to respond to the government’s consultation on planning, which closes on 29th October. Please see our October eBlast and our Facebook page for more info. A template is attached to the bottom of this article which you can use to help you formulate your response.

A new planning application No. 20/05200/FUL  has been submitted and residents have until 4 November 2020 to comment on the proposed development.
This is to demolish the existing three bedroom house and replace it with two semi-detached four bedroom houses together with a block of seven flats in the rear garden.
 
Local residents will therefore receive the following letter from us shortly.
 
The previous planning application No. 19/04150/FUL 22 for 9 flats was rejected by the planning department on15 November 2019. The developer has submitted an appeal and it is still with the planning inspector. 
 
A new planning application No. 19/04150/FUL for 7 flats has been submitted and residents have until 6 November 2020 to comment on the proposed development.
