We have been made aware of plans to demolish the house at 2 Coulsdon Road and build a development consisting of 9 apartments (1 x 3 bed, 5 x 2 bed and 3 x 1 bed), provision of car and cycle parking and refuse storage.

Many residents are objecting to a planning application submitted by Aventier – a property development company - to demolish a four bedroom detached house at 19 Hartley Old Road and erect a three storey building comprising of 7 x 2 bedroom flats and 2 x 3 bedroom flats.

Further to the planning report in the HADRA autumn newsletter advising residents about the Draft Supplementary Planning Document (SPD2) please use the draft comments letter to assist you in submitting comments to Croydon Council by Monday 15 October 2018.
