A planning application to demolish the bungalow at 9B Haydn Avenue and build a block of 9 flats was approved by Croydon Council last August.

Further to the Developer’s meeting with Residents at Coulsdon Manor on 24 September 2019 he has submitted another planning application to erect 2 x four bedroom semi-detached houses on the front of the site and at the rear of the site a terrace of 3 x four bedroom houses and a two storey block of 4 flats, a total of 9 units.

We are aware of plans to demolish 22 Hartley Down, a detached family home, and replace it with 9 flats.

An application has been made by the owners of 32 Hartley Old Road to convert the back gardens of 30-34 Hartley Old Road into a plot of 3 new houses.

Developers "Macar Developments" recently gained a planning permission via appeal for 24 Coulsdon Court Road and they have now contacted HADRA to advise us that, in light of the nature of the objections to this development, they want to make some changes to "incorporate the resident’s concerns".
