A planning application to demolish the bungalow at 9B Haydn Avenue and build a block of 9 flats was approved by Croydon Council last August.

Planning Application No. 19/04919/FUL to demolish the house at 15 Haydn Avenue and build a block of 8 flats is under consideration by Croydon Council. Although the neighbour consultation period expired on 5 February 2020, the planning department will still consider representations up until the date of determination.

If you haven't objected or have any additional reasons to object you can still do it.
