Developers "Macar Developments" recently gained a planning permission via appeal for 24 Coulsdon Court Road and they have now contacted HADRA to advise us that, in light of the nature of the objections to this development, they want to make some changes to "incorporate the resident’s concerns". 

We have been made aware of plans to demolish the bungalow called "Crakell End" in Hartley Down (pictured) and replace it with two pairs of semi-detached houses (4 in total).  

We have discovered that a planning application was submitted on 21 August 2019 which seeks to demolish 8 Coulsdon Road (pictured) and replace it with 6 apartments, facing onto Coulsdon Road, and 2 houses which will face on to Petersfield Crescent.

We have been made aware that another plan for this site has been submitted to Croydon Council, following the withdrawal of the previous planning application.

Planning Application 19/03003/FUL proposes to demolish the 5 bedroom detached house and erect a three storey building comprising of 1 no. 1 bedroom flats, 7 no. 2 bedroom flats and 1 no. three bedroom flat to demolish the house at 2 Coulsdon Road and build a development consisting of 9 apartments (1 x 3 bed, 5 x 2 bed and 3 x 1 bed), provision of car and cycle parking and refuse storage.

Local residents have made us aware of the proposal to change a 5-bedroom family home at 35 Old Lodge Lane into an 11-bedroomed development comprised of 5 flats.  This relates to planning application 19/02561/FUL.
