You will recall that we previously notified you about the proposal to construct one three storey building with 5 flats in the front garden and two buildings of two storeys with 4 two bedroom flats in each in the rear garden of 24 Coulsdon Court Road.  To date, there have been 72 objections made by residents.

HADRA is aware of another planning application relating to 24 Coulsdon Court Road which was submitted to Croydon Council on 21 May 2019.

We have been advised of plans to demolish a bungalow at 9b Haydn Avenue and replace it with a 4-storey development consisting of 9 apartments.

We have been made aware of plans to demolish the house at 2 Coulsdon Road and build a development consisting of 9 apartments (1 x 3 bed, 5 x 2 bed and 3 x 1 bed), provision of car and cycle parking and refuse storage.

Many residents are objecting to a planning application submitted by Aventier – a property development company - to demolish a four bedroom detached house at 19 Hartley Old Road and erect a three storey building comprising of 7 x 2 bedroom flats and 2 x 3 bedroom flats.
