Planning application to demolish 11 Hartley Old Road and build two semi-detached houses and seven flats – October 2020 update
A new planning application No. 20/05200/FUL has been submitted and residents have until 4 November 2020 to comment on the proposed development.
This is to demolish the existing three bedroom house and replace it with two semi-detached four bedroom houses together with a block of seven flats in the rear garden.
Local residents will therefore receive the following letter from us shortly.
